A constitutional change at the first 2002-2003 AGM (held in August 2002) stated that Annual General Meetings would be moved to the end of each season, to give the incoming Committee the summer to put plans in place. As a result, the 2002-2003 season had two AGM's, the minutes of which are below.
If you wish to add anything to the Agenda of the 2003-2004 AGM, to be held in April or May 2004, please contact WFCSA either in person on Matchdays or via email.

- 2002-2003 AGM 2 (1st May 2003)
